Ryan has been performing improv for over ten years. After
getting his start with Comedy Sportz, he co-founded his first troupe in St.
Louis, Five Finger Discount. Missing improv in
college, he founded BradleyUniversity’s
troupe, Barbeque Kitten, and gained as much knowledge in teaching improv as he
ever did learning it. When he moved to LA in 2005, he co-founded Camerashrapnel, an
improv/film/theatre hybrid troupe. All three troupes are
successful and ongoing, although Ryan’s home improv troupe is now Monkey
Butler. He teaches free workshops on Monday nights in Studio City, and performs regularly with the team Soda Jerk. Check the website for more details!
